Ingredients:

White fish (fillet) - 500 g;

Water - 300 ml;

Carrots - 1 pc .;

Salt, pepper - to taste.

Cooking method

Wash and dry fish fillets. Mince fish, onions and garlic. Add egg, rice, salt and spices to the mixture, mix everything thoroughly. Mince to form small meatballs.

Prepare the sauce. To do this, wash the tomatoes and finely chop. Onions, too, finely chopped. Grate carrots on a fine grater.

Smear a bowl of multicooker with vegetable oil, lay out finely chopped onion and grated carrots and cook in Baking mode for 10 minutes. In the process of cooking onions and carrots must be mixed several times.
