How to cook pizza in a skillet

You will need
  • cheese;
  • flour - 8 tbsp. l .;
  • kefir - 1 cup;
  • sausages or cooked sausage;
  • egg - 1-2 pieces;
  • vegetable oil - 5 tbsp. l .;
  • tomato paste;
  • pitted olives;
  • pickled or fried mushrooms;
  • baking soda and salt.
Stir soda at the tip of a teaspoon with kefir. Whisk the egg, add salt and add to the total mass. Add flour and mix thoroughly. The density of the dough should be such that it falls off the spoon, and not flowed.
Pour oil into the pan. Spread the dough, flatten it over the entire surface. Cover the pan with a lid, put it on medium heat and fry the base until it is browned.
Turn the cake with the spatula to the other side. Quickly lubricate the surface with a tomato, spread out the previously prepared pieces of mushrooms, olives and sausages. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Close the lid, set the fire to minimum.
Bring the pizza to readiness, watch the state of the cheese, to understand when you need to turn off the fire. Remove the finished dish from the pan, put it on the prepared dish, cut into triangles. You can sprinkle with herbs and serve with coffee, fruit juice or fruit juice.
