- Cook 3 hard-boiled eggs, cool them with water, and clean. Cut into medium pieces.
- Soak the bread in water and squeeze, add to it the remaining half of the onion, two eggs, 2 cups of water, pepper, salt, twist in a meat grinder and mix with minced meat.
- Set aside a quarter of minced meat, and place the rest on a cutting board in a single layer (1.5 cm). Put on the stuffing mushrooms. The next layer is eggs. Now gently roll the roll with wet hands. Start from one edge, then the other. Top seam will turn out.
