- cod - about 1 kg;
- bunch of parsley;
- 100 g carrots;
- 150 g onions;
- 3 tablespoons butter;
- a teaspoon of salt;
- juice of one lemon;
- a pinch of black pepper and a bit of mustard (optional).
We cut off the fish’s head and rinse the cod well, then sprinkle it with lemon juice. Now mix the pepper with salt and rub the fish with this mixture from the inside. Skin can be greased with mustard. Next, finely chop the parsley, clean and cut the carrots into strips, and the onion into rings. Mix the vegetables and lightly fry them in butter. Then grease the foil with butter and put fish on it. Only it is necessary to lubricate the oil is not too abundant, since we still need it. Stuff the fish with half of the roasted vegetable mixture, and pour the remaining half over. Put on top of thin pieces of butter and close the foil, connecting the ends.
You need to bake cod in the oven for about half an hour, pre-heating the oven to a temperature of about 200 degrees. 10 minutes before the readiness, you can open the foil so that the fish will browse.
