You will need
  • - 250 g chicken fillet;
  • - 2-3 chicken eggs;
  • - 250 g of medium-sized potatoes;
  • - 1 small onion;
  • - 1-2 cucumbers;
  • - salt to taste;
  • - mayonnaise;
  • - vegetable oil.
  • For decoration:
  • �- Fresh dill and parsley;
  • - 2-3 pieces quail eggs.
Chicken fillet pour cold water and cook after boiling for about 25 minutes. When it cools down, it is necessary to finely chop it.
Peel the onions and finely chop them. Then put the onion in a cup and pour boiling water over it. After 8-10 minutes, drain the water and rinse the onions in cold running water. This procedure is necessary so that he does not get bitter.
Potatoes need to fry until golden brown. To do this, it must be cleaned and grated for Korean salads. If there is no such grater, you can simply cut the potatoes into thin strips.
Rinse the cucumbers well and, without cleaning the skin, cut into thin strips.
Boiled chicken eggs and cool. Then chop the protein grated.
Part of the fresh greens finely chop.
All ingredients are mixed, with the exception of a couple of spoons of fried potatoes and greens. Mix well and do not forget to salt. Season the salad with mayonnaise.
