During pregnancy, you must avoid the stress and all the activities that make you feel stress instead of that you should engage your self in all the work that makes you happy and stress-free. There several problems caused by the stress such as birth defects, low birth weight, premature birth, and many complications in the development of your baby.

You need to learn the techniques that make you stress-free like meditation, rhythmic breathing, and visualization. You should also take enough sleep at night as well as the naps during the day relax your body.

You need to express your feelings to your friends, family, and the people who are close to you this is one of the best ways to avoid the stress.
