Creme brulee - perhaps the most tender dessert of all possible sweets. This cream can be prepared on special occasions or just to show family and friends how much you love them. The chef of Limonchino restaurant shared with us the recipe of this exquisite and elegant dessert.

Cooking method:

Cream, milk, vanilla seeds, sugar, liqueur and chicken yolk are mixed to dissolve the ingredients.

Then pour the mixture into special forms of 120 g each and bake in the oven preheated to 100 degrees for 60 minutes. Next, take out the dessert and let it cool.

Sprinkle the brulee cream with cane sugar and burn it with caramelizer. Decorate with raspberries and mint.
