Egg, sugar, water, flour, softened butter, yeast, salt, mix and knead thick dough and set for 40 minutes in a warm place.

For the filling, mix the butter with the sugar and cinnamon. Add the washed raisins and mix again.

Roll out the dough, roll out the stuffing in the middle and roll it into a thick roll. Roll cut into slices approximately 3 cm thick and form buns.

Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees until golden brown.
