Baklavais a recipe.


  1. puff pastry 1 pack;
  2. chopped walnuts 4 cups
  3. butter 200 gr;
  4. cinnamon 1 tsp.
  5. honey 2 glasses;
  6. vanilla extract 3 tsp
  7. water 1/2 cup;
  8. 1/2 cup sugar.


Fry chopped nuts, adding a little cinnamon.

Thinly roll out the puff pastry and stack the dough on a greased baking sheet. Then lay the nuts on the dough and cover with another sheet of dough. Repeat layers 3 times. The top layer of the test is cut into diamonds, as shown in the photo.

We bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

In a separate saucepan pour honey and add butter. Then add sugar. Pour the vanilla extract and some water. Heat the mixture by constantly stirring in a water bath.

After getting the baklava out of the oven, pour it well with honey syrup and give it time to soak in.
